Terms of service

1. Rules
1.1. By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service.
1.2.1.2. If you do not acquire commercial rights (at the time of payment for the order itself) at 200% of the cost of the work, you agree that I may sell higher-resolution files and WIP (work-in-progress) stages of your commission as part of image packs, Patreon rewards, or similar offerings. In any case, I will include the character’s full name, the creator of the character, and copyright information on all pictures used in this manner. Commissioners are free to post their commission. You retain personal rights, but not commercial rights.
1.3. NSFW commission info: I do not work with minors or anyone under 18. (+18 only)
1.4. All of my commissions require upfront payment, which is due within 24 hours of commissioning.
1.5 If disrespectful communication occurs, I have the right to refuse the commission request and blacklist the commissioner.
1.6. Colors may be slightly adjusted if it improves the quality of the work.
1.7. If issues with your commission arise due to your failure to communicate specific details during the initial inquiry, there will be a fee for edits. More details can be found in the "Payment" section.
1.8. If purchasing an adoptable character (adopt), you are allowed to resell it, but only for a price no higher than what you originally paid.
1.9. You may not edit, alter, or change my work without my explicit permission. (This does not apply to icons or ID pictures.)
1.10. Copyright of all artwork remains with me.
1.11. You have no right to demand anything from me that was not discussed and agreed upon before payment. While I may make concessions at my discretion, I am not obligated to fulfill any requests (e.g., removing the work from the Internet) that were not discussed before payment.

2. HOW TO COMMISSIOM ME and PROCESS creating your commission
2.1. Send me what you want: 2d-style emi-realism\ref.sheet?
Characters References, ideas, detailed description, character of the character. => Anything, as long as I understand what you want.
2.2. I send you a sketch (with color and light hadows), to confirm, if everything is correct, then I send a line with color. Before you approve, you can make any changes.
2.3. After the sketch is approved, I'll only fix my own mistakes.
2.4. Before I complete the work, I will send it to you for approval.
2.5. If the work is fully approved, I will send you the files (PNG-full size, jpeg-full size, 2500-jpeg, PSD, FA-size (~1300)

3. Payment
3.1. I take 100% prepayment or a 50/50 payment if cost $120+
3.2 All of my commission are up front and payment is due within 24 hours of commissioning.

4. Refunds
I am not able to make a refunds in during situation because PayPal is not working.
Don't order if you're not sure!

5. Deadlines
5.1. Drawings may take as short as a 2 days to a month depending on difficulty of drawing and current queue. BUT I always inform about it at the beginning
5.2. If you would like a picture to be finished before a due date - let me know.
